No registration fee from outsiders.

Rules:

1. Theme will be given on the spot.
2. Only 2 participants per team are allowed. Both the members of the team have to be from the same college.
3. 1 person as the subject on whom the tattoo is painted, 1 person to paint the tattoo.
4. Individual participation
5. The time duration is 20 minutes.
6. All art supplies provided are limited. However, participants are allowed to bring their own brushes and paints.
