With this idea, the students of PSIT are launching The Entrepreneurship Development Cell, that looks forward to develop and deepen the entrepreneurial environment by creating an easily accessible and extensive set of resources for the entrepreneurs through various fun-filled yet educating sessions such as Startup Showcases, competitions, eTalks and so on and so forth.

We, at PSIT, promote entrepreneurship conducting various events.
Providing a nurturing & conducive environment to the start- ups that would stimulate entrepreneurial spirit, job creation & competitiveness to the economy.
It will be an annual three-day entrepreneurial fest conducted by E-Cell, PSIT Kanpur that will include several competitions, workshops and talks aimed at inculcating the feeling of entrepreneurship amongst students.
EACs are conducted by nodal agencies in each State/ Union Territory of the country with a view to expose students as well as faculty of academic institutions to entrepreneurship as an alternative career.
EDP aims at training the graduates & diploma holders in the essentials of conceiving, planning, initiating & launching an economic activity or an enterprise successfully.
FDP is designed to train & develop professionals in entrepreneurship development so that they can act as resource persons in guiding & motivating young students to take up entrepreneurship as a career.
A TEDP primarily focuses on training & development of budding entrepreneurs in a specific technology area. The students are provided with hands- on training in indigenous technologies developed by R&D institutions that are available for commercial exploitation.
Conjoin will help the young & budding entrepreneurs by connecting them with the MSMEs.
A cell majorly pioneered by a group of students working to induce an entrepreneurial mind-set into them.
